Instructed by the Department of Market Order of the Ministry of Commerce, the First National Medical Device Regulatory Compliance Seminar for Drug Distribution Enterprises held by the China Association of Medical Commerce formally opened on November 11-12, 2017. Thirty five drug distribution enterprises, among which many are well known companies like the SINOPHARM Group, Huarun Medical, etc., from 14 provinces such as Guangdong, Yunnan, Jiangxi, Shanghai, etc., attended the seminar.
Ms. Ellen Jiang, President of RAMED, and Ms. Chen Hua, Vice President, were invited to be the main lecturers of the seminar. They made explanations on the main regulatory system of current medical device administration, medical device regulatory compliance management and medical device distribution quality management (GSP), and gave vivid examples to show the use of regulations in their practical work. The 2 presidents asked for problems that the attendees had met in their practical work, and actively gave answers to solve the problems.
